Ana Malachowski

Ana’s massage career started when she was 7-years old when her grandfather would pay her a dime a minute to rub is shoulders. In 2010, she graduated from massage school and opened a business. She has been running a mobile massage business with patients all over USA and Costa Rica. She accomplished her goal of becoming worldwide certified in aquatic bodywork! Ana has certifications in Advanced Medical Massage, Massage Cupping, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, “WATSU”, and other Aquatic techniques. She is passionate about the structure & function of the human body and uses this knowledge to improve clinical outcomes for her patients. She has owned and worked in spas and salons and also with a variety of physicians including chiropractors, pediatricians, cosmetic surgeons and oral surgeons. She was also the director of the California Massage Championships and Nevada massage Championships. Now she is the owner of the World Massage Festival and the American Massage Championships. When she is not massaging or teaching, you can find her riding motorcycles, traveling, at the beach or just being goofy with her two sons and Shih Tzu named Harley!

I understand the hormonal, physiological, and anatomical changes that happen to our bodies as we age and I am eager to help you find ways to combat these issues with the most up-to-date approaches available. I strive to end suffering both mental and physical. I am no stranger to emotional pain. After losing my husband tragically to suicide in 2019, I was compelled to find a better way to alleviate the suffering of those dealing with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am here to talk about your grief in an open, non-judgmental setting utilizing a variety of approaches to allow you to live alongside your grief.

Mission

The foundation of his practice is based on a personalized approach to health care that recognizes the biological uniqueness of each patient. Naturopathic medicine is an evidence-based field of health care that views the body as an interconnected whole and recognizes the importance of these connections in health and disease. In contrast to a conventional care model, which is almost entirely drug based and focused on suppressing symptoms, Dr. Silberman works to eliminate symptoms by addressing the underlying causes of a problem.

Expertise

Amy comes to us with over 20 years of experience in emergency medicine, with 15 years as a PA and 5 years as an EMT, in addition to 5 years experience in family practice. She received her medical training at Western University of Health Sciences, graduating top of her class after completing her undergraduate studies in Human Development at UC Riverside, graduating Magnum Cum Laude. She specializes in hormone replacement therapy and is passionate about sexual wellness and women’s health.
